Foz Do Iguazu
The Hostel: I was excited to arrive at in hostel Foz Do Iguazu as I had stay in one before and hoping it offer a truly unique experience. The Favela Chic Hostel did not disappoint. The hostel was very homey with hammocks on the pouch, a dog and pirate in front yard and pool and pool table in the backyard.
People: The best part of the hostel was it people. We met many interesting world from around the world. Almost all of them were warm, inviting, and shared common passion for exploring the world and it cultures. Our host Joe was friendly and full of life. He told us he opened the hostel 3 year prior to earn supplemental income and learn about the cultures of the world. He told us when he opened the hostel he spoke no English but, now he can hold full conversations. I also met young adventurous pair of Brazilian brothers who seeming making their way around the world. They traveled extensive through out South America and Europe. They intend on traveling to US in following year. Addition we met very enthusiastic Japanese man. There also one other American staying at hostile a reporter from Connecticut who worked for the online blog Mother Jones. Of the all people met Hostile I most interested in him. I fascinated by the notion that somebody could pick and move to another country in which they had no friends, family, or job. How could one survive under such condition or handle period isolation and lonely that be anticipated?

Iguaza Falls: The next day we went to Iguana falls. I would quickly learn Iguazu is not waterfall but, series of more than 200 waterfalls. First went down a short trail with magnificent views of the falls. The highlight of the trail is walkway leaves you standing directly above one the of falls.
Boat tour: After walking the trail we headed to the Iguazu fall boat tours. The tour was very exciting boat took you right up to mouth of the falls in tiny speed boats.
Itaipu: On our last day Iguana we went to the Itaipu dam the world largest hydro electric dam.
